What is the Army's minimum standard of fitness?

For selection into the Army, you must complete a MSFT (beep test). Once you are in the Army, the minimum standard of fitness is:

Women must be able to run 2.4km in 12 minutes 20 seconds, complete 50 curl ups in one set, and complete 14 press-ups in one set.

Men must be able to run 2.4km in 10 minutes 30 seconds, complete 60 curl ups in one set, and complete 28 press-ups in one set.
