Running Development Training WGTN

Get Force Fit and have Fun. This session focuses specifically on developing your running technique and fitness. The session is conducted by our civilian trainer and is fun and informative. Our Careers staff will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. Force Fit training sessions are designed to increase your fitness level and prepare you for Assessment day and initial training.  This programme is available to anyone currently undergoing the recruitment process.
