Get Fit and have Fun. Force Fit training sessions are designed to increase your fitness level and prepare you for Assessment day and initial training. This programme is available to anyone currently undergoing the recruitment process. Come along to our free group training sessions on Wednesday nights at 6pm. Here you will meet other candidates who are preparing to join, who are experiencing the same challenges as you, and may even be on the same intake as you.
