Equipment & Technology

You don’t take to the skies without being backed up by some serious technology. Even now, we are making plans to introduce over 30 new and significantly upgraded aircraft into our fleet. That’s in addition to the huge $1.6 billion overhaul of our ground level equipment and facilities. It is an incredibly exciting time to get involved as we introduce even more leading-edge technology.

These are just some of the aircraft currently in our fleet:

  • P3-K Orion – ideal for long-range reconnaissance and surveillance, with the ability to stay airborne for up to 8 hours.

  • Helicopters – currently we have 14 Iroquois helicopters, shortly to be replaced with 8 new NH90 models.

  • C-130 Hercules – we’re currently updating our 5 Hercules aircraft, including significant upgrades to the communication and navigation systems.

  • Boeing 757 – recently modified, our B-757s can be quickly adapted for freight, passenger or medical purposes.

  • CT-4E Airtrainer – as the name suggests, this manoeuvrable aircraft is used for pilot tuition well as by our acrobatic team, the Red Checkers.

Whether you’re flying an aircraft or helping keep them airborne, if you are excited by advanced, complex technology, you will find lots to keep your hands and mind stimulated.
